Volunteer Position: Clinic Line Manager

Role Overview:
As a Clinic Line Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve managing the line, greeting pet owners, and handing out clipboards with paperwork for their pets. By assisting with the initial check-in process, you’ll help create a welcoming environment and keep the clinic running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients as they arrive and provide them with clipboards.
• Guide clients through the process of filling out their pet’s vaccination paperwork.
• Maintain an orderly line and assist with any questions clients may have.
• Ensure that all paperwork is collected and organized for our veterinary staff.

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide clear instructions.
• Basic understanding of the vaccination process (training will be provided).
• Commitment to a few hours during our clinic events.
• Passion for helping pets and their owners.
