Read our Clinic Participation Requirements so that you arrive at our clinic fully prepared.
Click the red “Schedule a Clinic Reservation” tab at the end of that page and choose a time. Please schedule a reservation for each pet.
A deposit of $27 per pet is required at the time your reservation is made. It is applied as a credit towards services at the clinic and covers our mandatory cursory exam fee ($23) and hazardous materials disposal fee ($4).
Your reservation time is the start of a 30-minute time slot. Please do NOT attempt to check in sooner than your scheduled time. Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation date by emailing ContactHeart4Pets@gmail.com with “Cancel Reservation” in the subject line.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to live in Orange County?
No. Pet owners from any city or county may attend any of our clinics.
How old does my pet need to be for a Rabies vaccine?
By California law, pets must be at least 3 months old to receive a Rabies vaccine. A pet receiving its first Rabies vaccine can only receive a 1-year vaccine. We can give a 3-year Rabies vaccine only with valid proof of a prior Rabies vaccination; see our requirements for details.
Are there pets you can't vaccinate?
Yes. We cannot vaccinate pets that have ever had an adverse reaction to a vaccine, have shown any sign of illness within the past 2 weeks, may be pregnant, or are too aggressive to be handled.
What if a clinic is cancelled?
A notice will be posted on our Calendar, and you will be given the option of a full refund of your deposit or using it for another clinic of your choice.
